Is it just me or does anyone else 'carry' when at home?

I only had a hunting rifle, shotgun for birds and a .22 mag pistol. All of em were locked up and unloaded when Me and the Ex wife moved into our new home on the NICE side of town. That was until our first Christmas night we were woken up by flashing lights. Ambulance, Police were all over outside. We went outside and found Jerry our neighbor. He looked like he'd been run over, bleeding from his head, face, hands, all over then we see someone coming out on a stretcher. It was his wife. He couldn't talk. 3 men were waiting for them to come home. They beat Jerry then took turns raping and sodomizing his wife. They cut her up pretty bad on her belly and chest when they were done. She was a 4th grade school teacher and had one of the kids suspended for bringing a pocket knife to school. The kids parents werent too happy with her. All three are in prison NOW
I sure hope and pray any of you naysayers never have to watch your wife being *****. I know I wont have to.

im sorry people like that should NOT be in prison, they should stand in front of a firing line and shot or hung. I personally am tired of hearing of these scum bags that **** and murder people and get a 20 years, "lifetime" or 2 life sentences whatever that means. Alot of sex offends are repeat offenders why keep putting back into jail? So i can pay taxes while they rot in jail raping each other?? This is my opinion, I'm not wanting to offend people but these events wont stop people by just putting them in jail.

Should be a death penalty in all states.....JMHO

Hotly debated issue(s)....Jail is too good for a number of these types..... I realize that we are supposed to be civilized christian and forgiving but there is nothing civilized about their total disregard for human life, people or a persons property..... issues center on a number of factors..... would the thought of a death penalty stop them.... I don't think so..... would seeing them shot or hung stop those that offend? I think not.... so what now? Should our jails be like in many other countries? What would really fix the problem? The problem begins with most of these people in the first few years of life..... love, nurturing, closeness, values, morals, conscience, caring, compassion, all that is what your parents are supposed to provide from birth.... without it... what is created are those types of person..... if you look into the history of most of these types you'll more than likely find, physical and sexual abuse, abandonment, neglect an a host of others like fetal alcohol syndrome, drug abuse by the mother and things that have happened to these people that we may never know..... not all, but most.....so how do we stop it? Your guess is a good as mine..... we continue to deal with it as it occurs.... as frustrating as that is to me as a human being and especially dealing with it as a cop.....
