I thought when I saw this pic it was a truck that the agents were hauling a confiscated still on. Turns out, this is the way the shiners used this truck to keep re-locating the still to make it harder for the revenuers to find it. I'm sure they didn't run it much on an open road but could probably move around on different properties pretty good.
