lokar shifter to 700r4 mounting hardware

So been offline for a longtime old member first post in years. But found a lokar shifter cheap but missing two important mounting pieces.
have searched high and low but cant find it if you watch this video on utube.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZ-E2pRq7Q0&t=9s from 00.21 to about 00.38 you can see the mounting bolt I am missing .Wondering if anybody has idea on how I can find one.tried Lokar site but not listed .Any help would be apreciated.

Dencon, something like this adapter may work?

it may need further finishing , to fit , also im not clear but it doesnt appear to be threaded in place? Available in a variety of metals.
