Need some help here

I have a 1940 Ford pickup to build a rat rod. The door bottoms are shot. I go to all kinds of swap meets and need to know of any other year model doors will fit. don't know when and if the body style changed. Thanks in advance[P

I think the doors are the same to 47

Cut the bottom 4" off the cab - problem solved! And it'll look better proportioned with the 4" chop.

I just saw a truck in a rod magazine with the bottom of the doors cut off. You could see right through the cab. Basically it just had short doors, I liked the effect.
