New guy from Oregon

Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself. I've been looking around the forums for a few days now and decided I would register so I could see what pics I've been missing out on...lol I'm looking to get some type of rod in the next few years and thought it would be a good time to start getting ideas on what I want. History on myself, I've worked on cars all my life and even become silver certified as a Chrysler tech at a few dealers before I decided I was tired of working on other peoples stock crap. Also pretty much decided that the real world sucked and joined the Coast Guard. I've been in for almost 8 years now and am having a blast at my current job. I hope to learn a lot here and find a lot of resources.
