You cant do anything like that in Ct. People are building homes next to shooting ranges and then try to shut them down because of stray bullets. Didnt they ever think, that we were shooting bullets not marsh mellows !!!!!!! I never understood why people buy homes next to airports,drag strips,dumps, shooting ranges and commercial property.
