Thanks everybody, i make steering wheel yesterday the center i latheing,milling and drilling six 16mm holes 90mmx30mm black steel blank . and rusted spoke is 5mm Submerged Arc Welding wire.
(Not ready yet)to polish and varnish,rusted spoke and wheel ring mangle yet and coated to glitter vinyyl and welder up
