Rat rod stroller

My projects have been scaled down lately - baby boy coming in 5 weeks.

I figured no son of mine would want to ride around is some crappy plastic stroller, so we here we are. Its about the size of a pedal car.

Still have to paint it, cover up the sharp edges and figure out what to do for a grill. Any ideas for a grill?

The front wheels swivel like on a shopping cart, but there is a tie rod that links them together. The handle slides out from the socket in the back so you can put it in the car.

I say just put expanded metal on the grill area, paint it flat black, a little pinstriping and a couple of skulls!

Why not fab a scaled down Model "A" style shell?

Red with white scallops (or vice-versa) would look bang-on to me!

I've been eyeing up a pedal car for my daughters first birthday, and had thought about doing a handle like that, for the time she's tired of pedaling... You may have me convinced to save the coin and build it myself... looks awesome

this thing is cool one thing that would be awsome is closed it off by the steering wheel and opened the hood and made it an ice chest
