Absolutely not safe - Air shocks are not intended to carry the suspension load, only to assist the springs. They are not air bags! There is nothing to laugh at, because that is dangerous. Please do a LOT more research before attempting to put a vehicle on the road...

A little but of research can go a LONG WAY!!
 
From what little I know on the subject (which ain't much) that set up doesn't look very strong! [S I hate to be critical but you'd be wise to take the other's advise on this one and go with something else. A heavier 4 bar set up would go along way too.

Just my opinion! :D
