Yep, that has a great shape - what gauge of steel will you use?
The leather-grain ABS plastic sheeting as used on Bronco cabin roofs would look really great.
As a matter of interest, what size tubing did you use?
Here's some pics of 2 different removable tops I made a few years ago. I used angle iron and 1x1 tubing for framing and 18 ga. sheet for the skin. I've found 20ga. or 22ga. is kinda thin and gets too wavy when I'm welding - 24 ga. would be really touchy to weld (for me that is..). The heavier gauge stuff is a bit tougher to form but gives you a little more meat to sand down when dressing the welds.
