Sorry for the O/T but how many of u kats remember this one. Found it cleanin' out some stuff! This from May 1967! If u were a bad guy he popped u with that skull ring & u were marked for life!

Yep, I remember that quite well, I was in my mid teens in '67'. Could have had that issue, long gone now.

In 1967 I was 25 years old and not into comics. I had a 65 GTO tripower and a powerglide that would run 14.70s at an incredible 115 mph. Also had a 58 XLCH that would kick back and bout distroyed my knee...

I would have been about the right age, but not into comics until around 1970 - Then it was Car Toons

(yep early fixation probably started here) and Mad Magazine.

In the '70's, CARtoons and and the occasional peek at my cousin's "girly" comics. Good artists.
