The original dash had odd shaped gauges so I knew I had to graph something in.

I had an old gauge cluster from a M151 Army Jeeps that would accept standard size gauges. I cut the lip off the Jeep dash and recessed it into the origianl dash.

I think it turned out pretty good.

my dash

this is a dash i built for my 34 plymouth. It's actually a 55 pontiac center grill on the bottom and hand cut wood covered in white vynal and hand made copper machine turned gauge holder, the speedo is a 30"s tailight thats floats from the dash. have to see it on both ends to apriciate it. and i did it in my shop. Stripping is by Daddy-O (willy fisher) Greaserchief

The plastic on my dash was getting hazy and scratched. Couldn't find a piece of plexi wide enough, so I improvised. I have the vent window open, the speedo bounces all over!
