Every year about this time our A&W puts on a 'Help Stamp Out MS' car show. I was there and took some pictures of some interesting cars that you haven't seen before. There probably were two hundred cars at the gathering. Cool.
That's news to me Snopro. I didn't partake in the floats because I don't like the taste of rootbeer that much and ice cream is too darn cold so I didn't know they stopped serving them.
I only go to A&W to take pictures for you guys.
Sheesh, I gotta get a life.
Well, I went to A&W again last night and took some pictures.
There is a 'new to us' '30's Chevy rat rod in there and I had not taken a picture of my truck there so I took one just before I put it in the shed for the night.
Today there was a small celebration in our local town to commemorate, Alberta, coming into Canada as a province on Sept 1, 1905.
Some of the people that are making a museum village asked the local old car guys to come and show off. We did, and we got hot dogs and lemonade to boot.
Thanks Dutch and OI. The guy who has the blue '57 GMC and the black Corvette has been a friend since we met in grade two. He's still on his home farm and so am I.
