Me too. #2 was just for it's parts to make #1 better and sold it for 2500. I bought #3 for 1800, put a timing chain in it and sold it for 3800 in a weeks time, thought I was BMOC. Wrong! Don't get me started on FJ 40 Landcruisers. LOL

Went to a cackelfest Saturday. Doc Halladay, a local drag race legend sponsors it at his shop. Five dragsters and funny cars lit 'em up. I love the smell of nitro in the afternoon. 300-400 people there. Good free food with a donation to

St. Jude hospital. Life is good.

Saw some shows, ate food and just walked around and gawked. There's some surgically enhanced females out there. I did pop in to the exotic sport car dealership and had my eye on this 3.3 million dollar McLaren. It only seats three so I passed.

I dug the Hupmobile out of the back garage and trekked out to Gruber's. My hat blew off on the way out so on the way back I stopped to pick it up. Roadster killed and didn't want to restart. Figured out a few problems that need attention. This cool VW camper was there. The flamed Plymouth in the background is the car I got from my friend Leo(rip) for free. I assembled it, drove it, gave it to my son and eventually he sold it to John who lives across the highway from Gruber.

Well thank you earthman. Not as creative as your builds. I doubt many can build them for less money. Back to the 50's is this weekend. I have the two roadsters ready to go. 80% rain expected all weekend though.
