Drove the Hupmobile to a 20 car car show at a local bar/restaurant. Visited with some new guys. Went home. I now know every bump in the road. I always say my hot rods ride smooth on smooth roads and bumpy on bumpy roads. Here's a GS Buick, A restored 26 or 27 T, and a 383 Dodge. The guys with shiny paint were nice to me.

Yes, Earthman, you wouldn't believe everything he got.
At Gruber's tonight, and a fine night it was. Flyin' Brian's latest. Chevy II, small block with tunnel ram. He's already ready to sell. Here's a 496 Big Block built by Greg F. who unfortunately passed away during Covid. A mutual friend bought the Brodix headed engine for his Chevelle.

Kinda threatening weather so I drove the minivan. There's a dead mouse in the blower housing so the van really stinks and the fan vibrates badly while grinding up the poor little guy. Not easy to get to but I'll try getting the carcass out of there tomorrow.
There was a a new, blue "48 Chevy Coupe tonight. Brian T. an outstanding pin striper and sign painter had his Ford out with recently applies striping

I had a dead mouse under the shop fridge. To move it out, I have to move the drill press, and to move that out I have to move the work table, to move that I have to re stack about a thousand drill bits....... it quit stinking in about three days.

Ya'll probably know I use this thread as a catch all for the few shows I attend. The local Mopar dealer had a show 2 miles from home. I had the only ratty there. Visited with a couple friends and took a few pics. The red '32 roadster was owned by my classmate (rip John) and now is under the care of his son. It is one of the first Wescott bodies to come out of the mold. I don't know anything about the other cars but I like them. My roadster wouldn't start but the nice guy next to me had a jump box. Worked like magic.

Yes folks, I went to another car show and stayed a few hours. Met some nice folks that were too courteous to walk away when I started to ramble on. The Nova Convert won Best of show. Some other pics too.
