I have a spare, fairly good sized transmission cooler. I WAS going to use an auxiliary cooler for the full manual 47re, however I decided to go a different route with my radiator. Went with an eBay 32 ford style radiator which had a built in Trans cooler.
I don't want the aux cooler to go to waste so thought I'd use it as my power steering cooler, which I don't have, except the factory beat up one on the donor truck.
The brakes/steering system is a hydroboost system of that helps.
Anyone think of reason against this, other than a larger quantity of power steering fluid that will be needed?
That might actually be another plus to the idea.
