An early 70's Dodge Motor Home yielded a number of treasures for Rat rod building.....

Dig this factory Dodge DASHBOARD SHIFTER !

Damned thing only had 29K on it.

This heater has 2 speeds and it CRANKS!!!! Made by Evans another score from the Motor Home

Future Fuel Tank, we think it may be very old stainless.

The Motor Home also yielded these extremly comfortable seats, the Pookies will be fighting over these.

Pookie found this old Stihl in the house- no plastic on this one, tried the pull start and it showed promise- Pookie took it back to the shop swapped the gas and cleaned the plug, we had it running in short order.

I am also VERY CURIOUS about this ol Dodge Colt. I told Pookie that I have an ol 340 4spd setup that could be utilized.And we are tripping over Ford 9" rears up on the mountain..... The plot thickens.

If the crazy ol hermit had put some thought into storing these better I can't even begin to think of the potentials.


This was just a small taste of Treasure Mountain. I will take some more pics on the next trip up.

It's a cryin shame! We are tryin to save what we can here, not having enough space really hurts! Also the trip this iron has to take down the mountain after sitting for more than 40 years.......
