I drove from Tampa, Florida to Stillwater, Minnesota with 3 dogs and one wife in a minivan.

wow...I don`t understand how people do that. When I drive 500mls, I`m a trainwreck for the next 2 days. The roads here are really crowded ,which doesnt help...

Girlfriend just spent 3 weeks travelling around NZ, she commented on how narrow the roads are in many areas and how they're up and down and winding. I think 500 miles in your area and 500 miles in most areas of North America are two very different animals

Past few weeks.

Decided against this huge ford 5.4 dohc engine. Too many complications with how wide the dang thing is.

The new choice. Toyota 2JZ. I originally had this engine on my mind but went with the ford for some reason [S

Tacked most of the factory firewall back in minus a small hump on the drivers side for intake manifold clearance

Went to a garage sale that the current owners of our soon-to-be-acreage were having. Bought their Zero Turn lawnmower, got that and the other tractor that comes with the place running, and bought a rototiller and other odds and ends. Saturday I spent a good amount of time getting a door to fit properly in our current house and others on the honey project list.

Got a fiber optic cable run to the garage from the house with help from my cousin's step son. He did the work I helped. Mounted a pair of tires on a friends Harley that had a terrible death wobble. it fixed it. Hung the door on drivers door of the 37. to see if it fit with the parts I made so far attached with Clecos and tec screws. It's close.[

made some repair panels for an old ford tractor cab. Got some bits & pieces together for a gas forge and also did a whole bunch of gardening... Planted 3 willows,
5 pear trees , 4 walnuts and got 300m2 of flowers sown... spring is here.

I drug out a truck near and dear to me. Added some oil and power steering fluid. Crankit until I got oil pressure, pumped the gas 4 or 5 time and she fired right up!!!

Finally got the 340 back for the Dart I started in the spring. A couple of days and it's about ready to fire.
