I need some ideas, quick, simple, painless.
Anyway, the gears are churning on this 71 econoline motorhome I scored yesterday. I haven't popped it off yet but if it runs and drives, I think the 67,000 is original. The van part looks real straight and tight. The motorhome part is trash.. It has the van front doors but the roof goes up to the overhead so once the motorhome part is gone there is no top or back.
Same goes with the 79 Toyota MH. I guess it runs good, MH part is trash, no back or top in that cab either but the rest is really straight and tight.

Build a ramp bed for the 71 so you can haul you projects around. Cut the top and back from an old pick up to fix the cab. ;)

that is along the lines of thought I had too. On the Toyota I was thinking maybe carve away all of the cab but the floor and cowl, then graft some 30s cab on, have an easy, cool little shop truck. Already running, stopping, wired and all.
Plus nice rustfree 79 Toyota sheet metal might be worth something too.
