The Bunkerhill Speedway near Peru Indiana is for sale. Take a second and google the track. It has some very cool history. I believe the asking price was $650k with all the assets. That's a house, barn, racetrack, and all equipment.

Being a Big Picture guy, I see this as great opportunity to created the 1st Rock-a-Billy gated community. Build town homes on the 23 acres. Each unit with a double garage. Instead of a community room building, a community pole barn with lift bays. Streets named after Elvis, Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee, Ed Roth, Don Garlits etc. etc.

Of course use Mandatory of the drag strip.
