Found this on Craigslist in Augusta. Not sure what to think about it. Takes rat rod to a new level huh? Too much for me.

It's just another offshoot of Rat Roddery. At one extreme there's $100,000 "perfect" rat rods out there now. And there's guys that accessorize with everything INCLUDING the kitchen sink.

Even on some of the junkiest rat rods you can often find something ineresting or amusing.

I hear ya Bob, but if you scan through his photos of this thing, it has crap welded taped , written, and glued all over this car. And , the sad part is, that with a couple of doors, and a dumpster, and a few mods, it would be a killer ride. There is a guy here in Savannah that drives an old Ford F1 around that even has a chandileer hanging on it somewhere. Deer horns, long horns, and has a cut up canoe for fenders. He drives that sucker right up to the front door of Cracker Barrell every Sunday morning and gives all the folks driving up and down I95 a look at his master piece. If you were to take all the crap off of it, it would be a really nice ride. To me it's just not what a rat rod is all about. It's about using what you can to be functional.
