Happy 3rd B-day RRR! If you don't know... the original RRR gang were on another forum that sorta got outta hand. I was more interested in talking about cars & stuff than in fighting, flaming & cussing. Like I always say... “If I wanted to do that... I’d just go home to my wife”!!! So with the help of my son & a small group of post ho’s we started a safe haven with a few simple rules and a big dose of respect for each other! I’ve had a blast these past three years, met some really kool people & learned more about building cars in that short period of time than I had up to that point. I still learn something new here every single day and know if I have a question or problem... someone’s gonna be able to help me and others out! That rocks!!! Thanks to all of you for hangin’ out & being a really kool ratty family! Just for grins... I’m gonna post it again...

Happy 3rd and many more. Thanks Tripper this is a great forum. I for one appreciate the heck out of it. When I can't get out because of the weather or I'm just stuck inside I can always go to RRR and armchair hotrod. A lot of the members are great teachers and I'm paying attention I've learned a lot.

Thanks for RRR Bob. I play with cars because it's what I like to do. It's enjoyable for me and has been all of my life. RRR is the same way...enjoyable. I don't visit a car forum to get aggravated at the happenings. I've made some friends here and feel like I could meet the members in person and would be able to sit and talk with them like we know each other. Thanks again. Bob, you and your Son have unselfishly put in a lot of time and money to create this spot for the rest of us, and you will never know how much it means to us. I can't begin to imagine how much of your personal lives it consumes and the fact you maintain it so well speaks volumes about you both.

Heck...even my ex never called me a "ho" (and believe me,. she called me a lot of things before the divorce was finalized)...but now that the tripper called me one....what the heck. It was Jan, 2008. I was on the PORK site. On a particularily foul and onerous thread I commented that I was embarassed that I had encouraged my Grandson to joint the site. Within a couple minutes two RRR members sent Private Messages telling me about Rat Rods Rule.
What a breath of fresh air!
A most grateful "Thankyou" to Tripper and Tripper Jr. for this very informative and civil hot rod site. It couldn't be any better.[cl

well i am glad i found this place! i have found it to be part of my life!,, that i wouldnt want to get away from, ! i have been to alot car shows and event which are cool but! the folks and rides on here have been the best! i find this like home, always comfortable! you guy dont know how much this helped me, some long nights in south america, when i didnt have a freind to talk to ! it kept my wheels in my mind rolling! when things got slow!
