Finally the rust is gone. I sprayed it with POR-15 and tomorrow I will use top coat. Next the firewall will be painted and the body will meet the frame again.

I am working the firewall, I have filled the holes and am smoothing it.

finally back on the car, I remade the rocker on the passenger side and now I need to finish the firewall so I can get it back on the frame.
