Heeding my Drs advice to "stay off of that leg" I did all of this sitting down.[ddd
Pics 1-3. Trimmed down the riser base's some more. They sit practicaly flat on the floor now. Enough of the riser left to bolt to the floor.
Pic 4. Bolted the F series seat frame on to the riser and this is how much clearence it has above the floor. It can be spaced up if neccesary.
Pic 5. Set the board I cut on top of the frame and here is the view out of the windshield.[cl
Started to do some research into seat padding and it appears that I can get away with 2". Also will go and talk with a guy I know that does upholstery work for his input.
I,ve got some foam pads here and tomorrow I will do some experimenting with them to see how it feels.
Also going to address the seat back issue as well.
