i got em from speedway.
those guys are usually pretty good.
and i found a place that has GREAT prices on reversed corvair boxes.
i got one for $210 shipped from nostalgia speed and cycle

Mounts and box look great, beefy, just how I like em!

because of the shorter pitman arm.
it is a little harder to turn the wheel.
but with the previous setup
i had a bit of bumpsteer and if i locked the brakes up it would pull to the right.
yesterday i got it up to about 50 mph
let go of the wheel
and stomped the brakes
no pull and it stopped just fine.
those 12x2" juice brakes work just fine on a dinky lightweight rig like this.

yesterday i noticed my tranny hanging down more than it should.
turns out
when the motor mount broke.
it cracked my tranny mount as well.
i just walked in from fixing it.
ok
now i am done.*

UPDATE
this time SPEEDWAY sent me 2 passenger side headers.
i will NEVER give that company a DIME again as long as i live.
from now on i will use those pretty catalogs they keep sending me for ideas for parts.
and then rush out and buy from SOMEBODY ELSE!!!!!!!!!

How the heck did they do that??? Was it boxed up...like two of the same put in at speedway or from the manufacturer?? Wow...hard to figure that one....I've only ordered a few things from speedway but never had an issue...sorry Billy...know you were looking forward to getting them on.....
