A "little" different build

Okay. So I was assigned a project in my art class to do a "time" project where we make a sculpture to capture a period of time. I decided to make a mini sedan out of metal to be like 1930s tin toys. [ I got to building and looking for tires to put on it... which is when i found a rc car Get where i'm going with this yet? Sooooooo. I made my r/c rat rod tonight. This will be one of the two... or three depending on how much time i have in the next two weeks. Tell me what you think!

I think it's very cool!!

I think using the R/C chassis was a good idea....now you have to put a little "patina" to the body...make it look really ratty!! Good luck with the Project.....

Def on the WWs

I didnt use a chassis from a r/c car. Just the steering box and drive box and wheels. Definitely going to paint the wide whites on the tires. The body is about 7.75"x3" and the wheelbase is 3.5"x7". I think the only painting i will do on the body is painting on the windows. Here's two more pictures...
