twins!!!! very cool!! congrats!!! I have twin girls that are now 4. it was a lot for the first 6 months, but it gets easier.
my best pice of advice is keep them on the same schedule. feed them at the same time, even if one is asleep. wake them, or they will be constantly feeding. same with diapers if possible. that was told to us by some people we know who have 2 sets of twins
