Aha, that confirms it. :D When I noticed a new member joined up and called himself "Johnny Rotten" I thought to myself hmmm, I know a "Johnny Rotten" from over at Steve's Nova site, wonder if it's the same guy. Good to see ya over here at RRR. I migrated over here when I ran out of money for my Chevy II. I'll get back to it someday though. ;)

Bob, Yes I do, I run with the great lakes gassers...we have 40 cars from the Mich,Ohio and Indy area. We have gone from 6 cars to 40 and this year have 16 races booked in from Michigan, Wisconcen and Ohio.....
Ive watched it grow in only 3 years and I am amazed how well we are treated at these races. It keeps me young and going
Snake farm......yehhh its me again, Thought you could hide on me Ehhhhh
Putting together this rat ride has been a bit of a challange but Im starting to see the light......

From 2013 HAMB Drags. I will apologize for the quality up front. Like a Dufus, I left my camera at home and had to use my phone.

Pix came out A-OK ... no need for the "sorry".

Had to be sooooooo kewl with all those gassers buzing around.

And while it is not a Gasser, I had to include this one because it is a beautiful car that I would love to have in my driveway.

My '56 Plymouth Gasser-inspired hot rod.

I built this '56 Plymouth belvedere as a Gasser-inspired rod similar to what we would have done in the late 60's. 440, TF727, homebuilt fenderwell headers, full cage. It was a blast! I drove it to Joplin, MO from southern CO for the 2007 HAMB Drags, made a bunch of passes, and drove it home with no hassles. It is now in the Netherlands.
