More progress on my Sons Mustang

I helped Dan put the engine down into his Mustang yesterday, now he can finish welding the mounts for the engine plates. He is going to use a different front plate, but this one will work for fabricating the mounts.

He is going to probably go with a Dart block and I will buy this 351 back from him and build it for something myself. Might put it in my 46.

Any pics of the rest of the car? I'm not a ford guy but I sure can appreciate all the craftsmanship that is invested in that car.

Thanks, guys. Dan drives me nuts.........he is such a darned perfectionist in everything he does. I am kind of a "it's good enough" guy, but he will cut up some part he made and start over until he gets it just right. He must have gotten it from his Mother !

I have to say though that his work does turn out nice.
