WOW! I LOVE IT! I thought of doing dual wheels also but desided not to. I been pondering on colors and A flat cream white was one of them and I do have to say the white looks Great! The grill is AWESOME! great job!

That's the county fairgrounds I live right across from them
That can be pretty cool, provided they are having an event you like. I have a funeral home across the street from me and believe it or not, they have a yearly car show.

OK guys I need some suggestions on the rails to hold the planks down
So any ideas would be greatly appreciated
I would bolt them in place...j/k
I'm may to try to find some carriage bolts with a hex drive if not too expensive and tap the holes after drilling because mine are going to go into tubing. Second choice may be to add some angle braces with welded on nuts or holes and access.

How about welding studs to the backside of the flatbar strips, then the nuts and washers can go on the underside for a clean no fastener look.
