In case someone was wondering, I'm using a Hobart EZ 125 welder with 0.30 fluxcore wire.I can weld dirt with this thing. lol I spot weld on "2" and stitch on "1" Its not a pretty clean weld but it is very low heat and "dabs" really well on thin rusty metal.
Capping off the the old hinge holes, making up seat mounts and steering column and brake pedal and booster asym. Exhaust is so close going to have to set motor block back in before I weld it up to make sure it clears
Well done a little rust prevention on the floor.Sprayed some Osphro and a little black paint, something to protect under the TSC rubber mat that will go down on top of it.
