I wasn't driving it and I wanted something with AC, stereo and all the nice stuff.
I still have the AMX, Mustang, Challenger and others.

I'm right there with you on the A/C. When I ordered my '70 Chevelle
I ordered it without a/c cause it sucked up too much horsepower.

I figured every way I could, even thought about selling the old lady, but nothing panned out.At least you didn't get rid of all of them!
I'm just not into the newer stuff much, costs too much for me. Last new vehicle I bought was in 1986, doubt I'll ever buy another one new. They cost more now than what I paid for my house in the 1980's! If it's not at least 10 years old, I can't even think about owning it.

Nice!! Those black stripes made the car. I had a red 70 SS Chevelle with black strips, loved that color. Sadly not so much the car, it was a toad.

Installed the cold air intake and scoop that directs are from the grill into the air box. I can really feel a difference.
