Billy I was referring to AZ Dave , I realize you got yours for a guest house.
What I meant was for us the bigger the camper got the more stuff we'd drag with it and the need for a dedicated tow vehicle and then the hassle of pulling
into a lot of smaller camp grounds -- tight turns -:(- low branches it just got to be to much with a 30fter .
I could see a smaller 5th wheel ... maybe 20fter I'd think it'd be easier to man.

I hope this is a smaller one. If not, and it is sell-able, then seeya! Could use the cash right now anyway. Call me Slim.

If it's worth keeping, it will be good to have one day to be completely mobile and go look for some new place that feels like Home... Or be a snowbird. I could do that. :)

i did some homework on this trailer
it was the top of the line 4 season model in its day
2 1/2 inch thick rigid floor insulation
and the same with walls ,roof
42000 BTU furnace
it seems very well made
all the plumbing is tucked into the sealed compartment underneath.
lots of vents big windows and stuff.
i am going to pull the furnace and bench test /diagnose why it doesnt light

Does try to come on and then go off? May be as simple as the flame sensor needs scrubbed with a brass wire brush.

OK, gotta jump in here. Just purchased a 31' 82 model Holiday Rambler bumper pull. Currently living in it fulltime with the wife three cats and a bird. Billy, go over to irv2.com. They have a forum similar to ours with some very knowledgeable folks online who are more than willing to help.

there was a big honkin mud dauber nest in and around the squirrel cage fan thing.
i am going to read how to clean the jet (or whatever) and then hook it back up to test
