Dad had this in his bolt bin and it would work great for me....but l need two of them. It is a 3/4 ,bolt that has a hole down the middle that is tapped 1/2-13.

None of the search terms I tried have pulled up anything similar.

Some kind of vent bolt? Ford uses a similar deal on the old 8” & 9” rears, but not that big…

Have tried McmasterCarr’s website?

Flipper, I can make one for you.
Piece of cake
I just need the length of the bolt, does the hole go all the way through and how far into the bolt does the 1/2" thread go?

Right on, Ill get one done today
Is the three inches from the bottom of the bolt head or top of the bolt head?
The bolt head looks thinner than a standard bolt measure that for me too.

It is under the bolt head. The head is thinner. I can sand it down to match the other if you can drill the center.

It allows the airbag mounting stud to pass through one of the mounting bolts that hold my 4 link bracket to the front axle. I know it probably killed most of the strength of the bolt, but three other 3/4" bolts should do the job. This one will act as a locating dowel as much as anything.

Excuse the mess. This axle has been sitting "off to the side" for over a year.

Fyi...the bags are bigger than the dimensions on this drawing. Top plate is 9" , the rubber is probably around 11"
