Thanks guys

Well both sides are in, I did the old fat guy jumping on the frame and she is smooth. Still have a lot to add but she is coming together. it did pick the frame up in the front about 3", now the frame doesn't nose dive and has a better overall look.

When the spring changes length through the compression & rebound cycle, where does the length go? I don't see a shackle or spring slide, wouldn't that change the caster?
Are the leaves just upper links & the suspending of the vehicle is being performed by the coil-overs?
-Chaz

Thank guys

Well I forgot pics, but to answer some questions. Yep they are drag specialties by progressive suspension. Them shock came of the neighbor harley, he only ran them a couple month then went to a shorter shock, got them for 10 minutes of welding "cha ching".

Chaz the quarter elliptical is set up like a four link. In 8" of travel I'm getting a 1/4" of in and out travel due to the four link setup and 2 degrees of caster change, but I am forcing it to travel 8", on the road I would guess that it would be half that. The coilovers are there to stiffen the ride, they are holding some of the weight of the car but the springs carry most of it.

Ronny I sure hope so. I was certified at my last job, sure would hate to think they would pass out a certification to just anyone. Oh wait they did give me one, what is this word coming to

Thank bob

When you plan on driving the speed of light, headlight become irrelevant.

There is a plan, for now it only look like a headlight.

Ah the old "Warp speed inducter in a headlight" trick. eh Mike;)
Looks really good. As usual.
Oh. And I've been certified once or twice myself........
Torchie.

I maybe getting carried away

Mock up lights with some old kc's, If I don't find a different set of buckets I can always swap out the bulbs. The lower front set will be blinkers (LED), no problems with vibration. Mount for dampener is in. And other than sleeves and bolts, motor mounts are done.
