I can't quit looking at that #19. Hey Moront, why don't you slap a rat racer like that together? Seems you like those early racers. Heck, all ya need is a long wheelbase frame, tall tires, a tractor radiator, and a bunch of bent sheet metal. Easy!

Seriously, I keep looking at that #19 thinking, how could I build a rat like that?

I've been giving that idea a lot of thought and could/would do it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, I don't believe my operating system will support such a program. Refer to wife1.0

Here's another cool and unusual car - - it's a cross breed of a '37 Terraplane and a '36 Desoto 4-door. This could also be listed in the shortened cars.But it was sectioned,narrowed - - - kinda looks like a "Legends" Yeah - - he had some wild stories, he was a member of the "Roadrunners SCTA" and raced El Mirage and Muroc in the 40's

Wonderful thread MTT! The old Goodwood website had archives with pix and even audio recordings of some of the old greats like Napier. Awesome to hear. This apparently is the new site, different but still very entertaining.
