What steering box are you going to use?
Your seats look great.

Right now I have the power toyota box mocked up. I can get you the year and what not if you need it I don't recall off hand.

Dash/steering column mockup start...

Not a lot of time tonight, but got the dash chopped down, and test fit, and the steering column partially mocked up, I need to really get get the seat in, and a wheel to test a little more, but its a start.

This is a 57 pontiac dash just in case you are wondering

Yea I have all the inserts, but I will likely make my own, as I plan on retrofitting the E250 gauges in, and some of the controls, and I'll probably do some painting to make them look retro, or setup older switches to run the newer controls...
