Before I cut the top wanted to get the doors done, tacked in suicide hinges.

Picked up a third row seat from a '02 Suburban I think its going to work out better than the buckets I had picked out. Just a little fab and have folding seat with belts and low headrests.

That seat is like a bucket seat for two. I put an earlier version in my 39. Gained about 8 inches of desperately needed leg room. Mounted it on 4-inch risers with 5/8th bolts arranged to mount it like the stock set-up.

Masking off my game plan. Most of these chops are around 3" but my truck won't be stock height or length so 4-3/4 is the magic number I have it marked in the rear and 5-1/4 in front.

That's an interesting layout on the roof [P[P[P

There is not a lot of detail on the internet for chopping theses 5 windows, tons of 3 windows.
The dilemma is the rear window needs to drop straight down but the corner has to widen to drop, the front has to widen too then the whole thing has to come forward. The thing I have found is don't make a cut that put a twist in the patch strips.

In the mean time I put the air valves together and mounted them on a plate. Made a battery box and a mount bracket for the air pump to mount on.
