The inside is so pretty
Hardwood floors
Built in 1902
Finished basement for my gun room
And there is another bedroom down there
If we get it
I will install a bathroom as well
That will give us a five bedroom two bathroom
REALLY pretty house

We didn't get it because I would have had to build a shop and with the price of the house we would not be able to do it for a long time.
So I voted against
House hunting is not nearly as much fun as it sounds.
we are looking at one that is the same size but 15 minutes out of town and $40,000 cheaper today

Billy, I don't recall if you've lived outside of the southwest - pay close attention to the basement and foundation for cracks, and water problems. That stuff can run big $$$ to fix. Same with septic and wells, but I'm guessing NM was worse for that than NE would be.
