we agreed to pay asking price but they hafta paint it and pay for a whole house warranty for 1 year
(that warranty even covers our stuff like washer /dryer after we move in)
start moving in in june

the layout of the house we are renting now sux
it seems like everywhere you go is a bottle neck
it is not user friendly at all and the layout is so haphazard that it is a pain in the *** to do anything
the living room is more like a hall (not even room for a couch)
i cant wait till we get to start moving in.

thank god fer big honkin trailers! we got a 25 foot flatbed and a 36 foot enclosed

FYI: Home warranties don't take effect until 30 days after you close! Some warranties are for 13 months to make up for it! They typically don't cover any appliance that is rusted.
