Wanna know how difficult it is, to get a "Hot/Rat Rod" street legal in US?! Is there "likewise" rules in every state? Or do "you" ride on ol' reg. papers???
In Sweden it's a mess to get it in the system (if you don't, go on ol' reg. papers) all kinds of wierd rules

Seems every state here is a little different. Some are less "restrictive" then others, and some are just a down right pain in the backside to register anything less then factory fresh. Here in Pennsylvania, it used to be you had to have fenders and had to have this and had to have that on the car (or truck), but to register a vehicle as "reconsturcted" (which is what hot rods or rat rods fall under) there was only one page you had to fill out and then you could usually get the paper work you needed. Now a days, you don't need fenders or any of the other crap that they used to make you have, but they make you jump through hoops with all of the paperwork, AND...they now have only certian "inspection stations" that can legally register your car.
