It was another perfect weather night at Grube's. Not too many cars showing up yet. First we have Dell's Willys pick up, followed by a Thunderchicken, next one of those bloated Mustang Mach 1's, Odie's big block drop top, a Purdy silver/blue AD truck, a really nice stock appearing '55 and the infamous Party Bus. Brian brought a RC plane that was big enough to hold a family of gerbils. A good time was had by all.

Here's the rest of them. Also, I drove the Fiat. Last week I turned back after only a short distance because it was running poorly. Today I took a look at it. Figured it was a burned plug wire touching a header. Nope. Checked the float level through the Holley sight hole. It was way low It was so low I couldn't believe how many turns it took to get it right. It ran real good tonight.

Love the Willys...and dont see too many SS ragtop Chevelles.[cl

Also got a kick out of the bagged patina 53 chev .

We've had a really good run of weather. Tonight was beautiful some of the heat and humidity of summer has departed. Lots of people and a few new cars showed up.
First up is a peek at Dell's Willys coupe interior. This Chevy II is a new purchase by Brian the tree trimmer. He bought the big block Nova from Joe with the dough. Here's Schlor's silver big block Chevelle and a clean '57 Chevy post. From Wyoming we have a '55, then a really nice LS powered 1958 Chevy and a plastic sportcar.

Yes, all Chevys and one Willys (interior shot). I don't show all the cars, just the ones I haven't posted before. If it gets lean I post cars that haven't been seen for a while. Usually from a different view. Hopefully in a week or two I can get my '29 Chevy roadster pick up out there.

Kinda redundant, but another perfect afternoon/evening. I don't know why more cars don't show up. Tonight's only offering is this red Plimmy. A style all its own but I like it.

Last Call

After a summer full of warm, sunny Thursdays the weather has changed. There was good participation at Greg's but many guys left their rides home. So last night was the final installment of this thread until next spring when hopefully some new, never before seen cars will show up. The few cars that were there are repeats but I gotta show something. First is my Fiat, partially undressed, Then my old chopped '49 Plymouth 4 door, followed by Jerry's '37. Kevin's Dart and Brian's Chevy II come next, then another Chevy coupe, driven by Ted. Dave's outstanding Kia and some poor guy's Ford truck. That's Jack getting out of his grandpa car.
