Got all this done today.... Good Progress.

Starboard side of things.
You know it's going well when a piece you cut out for the Portside can be flipped over and it fits the Starboard side as well.[cl:cool:
Everything got 2 coats of CPES including the inner side of that piece of ply.
More supplies on their way, so back at it tomorrow for the chine final installation.
Thanks for stopping by.....

From the most recent pictures I can get the sense that it is a boat. That project is taking entirely too much time and effort. You are a special kind of cat to restore that thing. I am in awe of your talent and perseverance.

Thanks bob.
I don't know about talent, but it's been said that I'm just stubborn enough to save this old boat.
The time factor has been mostly my doing. I should have been at this point this time last year but life happens. As they say.[ddd:)
More plywood tomorrow.

Starboard side inner ply.
Got the 3 main large pieces cut and fitted. Tomorrow will be the angled strips.
Even with the new caulk gun my hands were burning most of the night so I took it a little easier today.
Time for a meeting......[S

Looking good. Is there anything you can't do?

LOl. Yes. And the list keeps getting longer.
Seriously though... Thanks kenny.
I love this site because we are all builders. And in my experience I've found that builders like to build lots of different things. Not just cars.
Builders are never "bored."
Builders never have "nothing to do." Builders have lots of imagination and the talent and perhaps more importantly, the nerve to try anything. Isn't that what makes life interesting and great? I think so.:D
Keep on keeping on......
