On the base I'm on there's an auto hobby shop with stalls you can rent by the month.... Check with your base, there should be something that caters to the gearhead. Unregistered vehicles (with no motors) don't usually go over well no matter how many parking lots there are. Good luck!!

exactly what the title says. i need to upgrade the brakes on my 28/29 front end. can i still use the spindles? how 'bout the drums? all the mechanical crap is stripped off, but i dont know what to keep out of the pile of parts. can anyone give me some pointers?

i was going to, but i dont think the mailslot would look good on this cab. there is so much material between the window and the beltline that it should actually look proportionate with it dropped into the back of the cab.
