^^^^^^^that was all kinda funny to me[cl:D
it reminded me of a little car i owned once (won't name it might offend another owner) me and my boys called it our "doodlebug car" (no it wasn't a vw) anyway i was telling the bank teller about it one day and she thought it was funny, then i said i wanted a big "wind-up" thing to go on the trunk lid and a bubble-blower to blow bubbles out the tailpipe.....

.........i really think i could have carried out all the money i wanted b/c they were all laughing so hard

kinda miss the doodlebug car......:(:D

Hey Earthman - my dad had a '67 Ford Cortina that he kept painting big band aids over all the dents and scrapes[my dad was kinda strange] - it looked like a rolling advertisement for Band Aids - "I am stuck on band aids, cause band aids stuck on me" People would really stay clear of you in traffic.

I know that got some smiles

no BS in this

well i just had to mention that today is my wifey's anniversary--she's been married to the hotrodder for 13 years as of about 9:00 pm tonite (yes it was one of those JP-arkie style weddings) she has put up with alot of "fits" being thrown (and sometimes tools) from bad days of shopwork.....
she became a preachers wife 10 yrs ago (took it in stride i mite add) and we've seen 3 kids come into this world....and wouldn't trade her, or my family for anything that this world has to offer....and believe me the devil HAS offered it.......

Love ya honey.....:Dlookin forward to at least 13 more.....;)

Congradulations Preacher. Yor wife must be a very patient woman, just kiddin:D
Beautifull family, you are blessed.:)

thanks, guys....
rainman-i think i am the lucky one.....on most days..:D

one of the things that i must tell is a "how we met" type of story.....
i had a 84 ford f150 (remember this is 1994) and it had a mustang 5.0 engine with loud pipes, loud stereo and cool wheels.....she asked me if she could drive it, well i didn't know her very well, but she was too good looking to say no to:D
so she gets in behind the wheel and we take off....when we get to the little 4 way stop in the small town we were "cruising" in, she asked if she could "spin out" --to which i replied sure-(thinking a girl would chirp the tires and quit) she gunned it wide open and we left out of there spinning and sliding and tires a'smokin' ....she didn't let off until it hit 2nd............

i knew then that she was a keeper[dr

Thats a cool story Preacher, here's something to think about I'm 51 years old and I've been married since Aug. 30'th 1975. I'll be 52 next June, do the math.

Yep my wife and I were both 17 and a couple months old when we married, it's been 34 years now. Sometimes it's hard to believe its been that long.

No, just some cool pictures. We had a big storm last week, and a little one a couple of days ago. But we are back above freezing and are thawing out now.
