love me a studebaker
I used to work at JHRS and worked on the black Studebaker in its beginning (left to start current teaching job)
looking good so far
and after helping set up a chassis on one of these, the stock Stude suspension sucks
this is why the profile of the black Stude from Johnsons looks different than stock
1. the top has a slight chop, the A post was cut and leaned back then the
roof was leveled to match the belt line
2. the front wheel openings were moved forward slightly
3. the lower portion of the QTR,behind the rear wheel opening, and rockers
were modified to match or set on the same plane.
3 the obvious is the handmade tucked bumpers and roll pans (look closely at
the front to see the differences between stock and the JHRS one
